Shipping Charges 

Effective 1st April 2026 a modest increase has been applied to our shipping rates and some wines, due to significant rises in courier charges particularly related to higher fuel costs. We strive to always offer our customers great value and have absorbed previous rate rises for as long as possible. Orders over £100 still benefit from free shipping (UK mainland). Our standard delivery charges for wine orders are:

• £7.99 – UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands)
• £21.99 – Scottish Highlands & Isle of Man
• £27.99 – Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles

Our standard delivery charge for merchandise is:

• £4.50 – UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands)

Free Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery to the UK mainland if you spend over £100 on wine in a single order.

Receipt of Goods

Our designated shipping partner offers a signed for delivery service, requiring confirmation of delivery, therefore it's not possible for orders to be left in a safe place. Please note the recipient signing may need to provide proof of age (18+) to receive alcoholic beverages.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct; orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us.

If your order is returned to us undelivered, you will be asked to pay re-delivery to have it sent out for delivery again. We will hold any returned orders for 4 weeks, but after that time we will return the order to stock if we have not heard back from you.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Mainland UK: Please allow between 1-3 working days for your wine to arrive. It may take a little longer in busy periods. If you have ordered merchandise, production and printing typically takes 3 working days, and a further 3-5 days for delivery.

Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly: Please allow between 2-5 working days for your wine to arrive.

All shipping times are estimates. 

Please note: Standard delivery with our courier partner, DPD, is available Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery would incur an additional charge. During adverse weather conditions or other situations outside of our control we may not always be able to guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe.

Delivery Problem?

If you have any problem with your delivery such as the goods not arriving or a damaged parcel please contact us at orders@seachangewine.com or call us on 01372 454910 (Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm) and we’ll sort it out for you. We may ask you to provide evidence of the damage or fault and to collect any faulty bottles for inspection.
