Sea Change Spritz
What you’ll need
60ml Sea Change Rosé
25ml pink gin
15ml strawberry puree
1 bar spoon grenadine
Soda water to top up
Make your own
Ensure your serving glass is cold (or getting cooled)
Place all ingredients except the soda water into a shaker
Add ice and shake hard
Add soda water (or Sea Change Prosecco for an extra kick!) into the shaker
Pour over ice into your cold serving vessel
Garnish as desired
If you’re lucky enough to be visiting Mango House, Sea Change Spritz would be a great accompaniment to a poke bowl or salad from the lovely Soley poolside bar!
