2 tsp lemon sorbet
1 tsp vodka
Sea Change Prosecco, chilled
Make your own
Add the Sea Change Prosecco, vodka and lemon sorbet into a chilled bowl and whip until foamy and velvety. Pour into a Prosecco flute and enjoy!
For a more decadent version, replace the sorbet with lemon or vanilla Italian gelato to create a creamy after dinner cocktail.
