The Orangery
What you’ll need
30ml Arbikie AK Gin
15ml Orange syrup
10ml Gomme syrup
20ml Lemon juice
Ice
Make your own
Add the gin, syrups and lemon juice to a shaker and combine. Single strain over a rocks glass or tumbler filled with ice. Add the Sea Change Negroamaro as a float by gently pouring it on top. Garnish with a dried orange wheel and a blackberry.
This cocktail was designed exclusively for Edinburgh Cocktail Week 2022 by the clever folks at The Black Fox Leith.
AK’s Gin is made at a family-owned working farm perched on the east coast of Angus, Scotland. It is distilled using wheat farmed at Arbikie and flavoured with locally and sustainably sourced fresh honey, black pepper and cardamom.
For every AK's Gin sold, £1 is donated to support people with MND through the work of The Euan MacDonald Centre for MND Research and MND Scotland.
