Sangría is a traditional wine punch from Spain. The classic version is red sangria, but we’ve opted for a more contemporary rosé version. This version is for sharing – so get your friends round and enjoy!

We were thrilled when professional mixologists Raven Rudolph and Rahul Rawat from the spectacular Mango House Seychelles created a unique cocktail for us – the Sea Change Spritz. The idea behind this cocktail was to create a simple and refreshing drink ideal for Seychelles’ tropical climate. We think it looks incredible!
